This page embeds a multi-page interactive Power BI report with visualizations and report pages on the topic of child and family well-being. The current version of the Prevent Child Abuse America Family Well-being Indicators data dashboard displays data on 3 general topics: Child Maltreatment (including investigations, victims, and fatalities), Child Flourishing, and Adverse Childhood Experiences. The data is drawn from two National survey datasets: “National Child Abuse and Neglect Data System (NCANDS)” and the “National Survey of Children’s Health” for the year 2022. The Family Well-being Indicators top-level dashboard page displays tiles with summary data for a particular topic. Clicking on a dashboard tile button navigates to a fulsome report with more detailed information. The dashboard and associated reports contain multiple individual data visualizations such as bar charts, donut charts, tables, heat maps, card summaries, and similar items. Many visualizations have interactive features such as sorting or filtering data of interest by state or demographic parameters. PDFs can be generated for reports, and Excel or CSV data can be exported for individual visualizations. Popup summary documentation is viewable for individual data visualizations. Also included is comprehensive data documentation that details data sources and related topics. Reports included in the dashboard are named: "Child Investigations of Maltreatment", "Child Victims of Maltreatment", "Child Fatalities from Maltreatment", "State Profile - [State Name]", "Regional Profile", "USA Heat Maps", "Children Flourishing", "Adverse Childhood Experiences", and "The Family Well-being Indicators Data Documentation".
